Mihaela Ioanițoaia has been working in various roles since 2006. Mihaela began their career at COMPASS Training as a Trainer and Marketing Specialist, where they were responsible for customizing training and delivering "in-class" sessions for SMEs and multinational companies. In 2010, they moved to IREX - Biblionet as a Training Coordinator. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at HOSPICE Casa Sperantei as a Fundraising Coordinator, where they managed campaigns such as redirecting 2% of income tax, community events, peer-to-peer, automated withdrawal programs, individual donations, and corporate sponsorships. In 2020, they began working as a Freelance E-learning Developer, as well as a Customer Support Officer at iRaiser and a Co-Organizer of Aperos de la Mort at Happy End. Currently, they are also a Pedagogical Initiatives Coordinator at Salvați Copiii România and a Fundraising and Communication Manager at Asociatia "Exista viata dupa doliu".
Mihaela Ioanițoaia obtained a BA in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Bucharest in 2007. Mihaela then obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2010. In 2013, they completed a Certified Trainer course from CNFPA and also attended courses on fundraising techniques and management of non-profit organisations. In 2021, they obtained a UX/UI Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design certification from Wantsome. Additionally, Mihaela Ioanițoaia has a Certificate in Advanced English - CEFR Level C2 from Cambridge Assessment English obtained in 2020 and an Attestation TCF - Niveau C1 Test de connaisance du français from France Éducation international obtained in 2022.
