Katie Trimm, a graduate of Yale University with a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Middle Eastern Studies, currently serves as a Program Officer and Executive Administrator at the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center. Since March 2021, Katie has been responsible for managing development operations, overseeing financial health, conducting evaluations, and directing social media strategy. Previously, from January 2020 to March 2021, Katie held the position of Director of Operations at Morning by Morning Coffee Company, where the development of operational systems led to significant sales growth. Additional experience includes roles at Yale University as a Research Assistant and Student Outreach Coordinator, Partner Services Coordinator at Soccer Shots New Orleans, Program Manager for New Story Leadership for the Middle East, and various development positions at Ongoza.

Iran Human Rights Documentation Center
IHRDC documents and reports on human rights abuses in Iran. The overall mission of the Center is to (1) establish a comprehensive and objective historical record of the human rights situation in Iran since the 1979 revolution, and on the basis of that record, establish responsibility for patterns of human rights abuses, (2) make the record available in an archive that is accessible to the public for research and educational purposes, (3) promote accountability, respect for human rights and the rule of law in Iran, and (4) encourage an informed dialogue on the human rights situation in Iran among scholars and the general public in Iran and abroad.
