Lia Pullen Parente

Lia Pullen Parente has worked in various roles in the business world since 1989. Lia began their career as a Finance Manager at Epsoft in 1989. In 1996, they moved to alcatel as a Senior Analyst. In 1998, they became an Account Executive at Oracle, where they achieved sales of over $20 million and was awarded Presidents Club. In 2000, they took on the role of CEO at Opportunity Sistemas. In 2002, they became an IT Manager at Embraer. In 2008, they moved to Epsoft Sistemas as a Business Transformation & Strategic Planning Director, where they were a finalist for the SEBRAE Women Entrepreneur Award in 2015. In 2013, they became Business Transformation Director at SuperClient Solutions. In 2020, they took on the role of COO at iRancho. In 2022, they are set to become a Scale-Up Endeavor 2022 with Endeavor Brasil, a global community leader for high-impact entrepreneurs.

Lia Pullen Parente attended Colégio Santa Cruz in São Paulo from 1978 to 1988, where they completed their Ensino Médio. Lia then attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 1988 to 1993, where they received their BS in Business. In 2014, they attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing Estratégico in 2016. In 2021, they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and completed a course in Competências profissionais, emocionais e tecnológicas para tempos de mudança, with a focus on Desenvolvimento profissional, tecnológico e humano. Lia also completed several courses on Coursera, including A Crash Course in Data Science, Business Metrics for Data-Driven Companies, Introdução a Big Data, and Introduction to HTML5.
