Mahshid Asadiniya

Mahshid Asadiniya is a seasoned professional in the field of intellectual property law, currently serving as a member of the Iranian Intellectual Property Law Association (IRIPLA) since August 2024 and as an Intellectual Property Lawyer with the Iran Judiciary bar since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Digikala, where Mahshid progressed from Legal Specialist to Legal Portfolio Supervisor until August 2024, and held legal advisory positions with multiple companies, including DigiExpress, Pindo.ir, Fidibo, and Komodaa from 2021 to 2024. In 2020, Mahshid worked as a Contract Specialist at Navaar. Mahshid holds a master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from Allameh Tabataba'i University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration at the University of Tehran, alongside studies in Korean Language and Literature from 세종 학당.
