Maryam Ghobadi Dana

Maryam Ghobadi Dana has extensive experience in research and academia, currently serving as Project Manager of the Halal Research Center and Assistant Professor of Molecular Genetics at the Iranian Standard Research Institute since June 1997. Additionally, Maryam holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at NBioMonitoring since February 2020 and works as a Technical Expert on Microbiology and Molecular Biology at the National Accreditation Center of Iran since April 2011. Maryam is also the Secretary of the mirror committee of ISOTC34SC16 for the International Organization for Standardization since April 2009, and has led the microbiology research group at the Institute of Standard of Iran. Maryam's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Genetics from the National Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology as well as Tehran University of Medical Sciences, a Master of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Islamic Azad University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Microbiology from the University of Tehran.
