Brad Kilgour

Brad Kilgour is an accomplished professional in the rope access and height safety industry with a diverse background spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as an IRATA Assessor at IRATA International, Brad also holds the position of Global Rope Access Training Manager at Ropeworks, overseeing multiple training centres worldwide. As a Work at Height & Rescue Specialist through Brad Kilgour Consulting, Brad provides expert consulting and training services for challenging environments. Additionally, Brad acts as a Rope Access & Fall Protection Evaluator for SPRAT, ensuring candidates meet certification requirements. Their leadership experience includes serving as the Ground Search and Rescue Team Leader for Comox Valley Ground Search & Rescue. Previous roles include Rope Access Training Manager and Technical Authority at MISTRAS Group, as well as positions at Capital Safety and Global Rope Access.
