Veronica Martini

Veronica Martini is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the IRB Institute for Research in Biomedicine, a position held since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a scholar student at Københavns Universitet, where work focused on the design of a thermostable tuberculosis vaccine. Veronica also completed internships at The University of British Columbia, focusing on reverse vaccinology for mycobacterial disease in cattle, and at the University of Nottingham, concentrating on the design of a bispecific antibody targeting solid tumor glycans. Education includes a PhD in Interdisciplinary Bioscience from the University of Oxford and a Laurea Magistrale in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology from Università degli Studi di Parma. Earlier experience includes volunteer work in immunohematology and transfusion medicine.
