Fabio Maggiolo

Fabio Maggiolo is the Chief Operating Officer for the EMEA region at IRCA S.p.A., a position held since 2023. They previously served as Group Chief Operating Officer at IRCA from 2018 to 2023 and spent nearly 20 years at Barilla Group in various leadership roles, including Plant Director and Supply Chain Director. Fabio began their career in logistics at Comarroz S.A. and held positions at Barry Callebaut as a Plant Manager and Shift Leader. They hold an Executive MBA from MIP-Politecnico di Milano and have pursued change management studies at SDA Bocconi.
