Valentijn van Riel

Valentijn van Riel is a Plant Manager at Irca Group, overseeing operations in Tilburg, North Brabant, Netherlands. Valentijn's extensive experience includes roles at Mars, where they served as a Value Stream Manager and held various positions in quality assurance, environmental health and safety, and sensory science. With a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Wageningen University and additional training in packaging science, Valentijn combines technical expertise with management skills to drive innovation and efficiency in the food industry. Currently, they also serve as a member of the Examination Board at the NVC Netherlands Packaging Centre.
