Marc Schweitzer

Marc Schweitzer is a Senior Lead Software Engineer at IRCAD since October 2013. Prior to this role, Marc worked as a Research Engineer at CNRS from February 2012 to September 2013, where Marc focused on development and maintenance of the BTK software in C++. Marc has a background in IT, software engineering, computer vision, and image processing from their education at Polytechnique Montréal, Télécom Saint-Etienne, and Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar. In their previous internship at IRCAD in 2011, Marc worked on developing a research software for medical image registration and fusion using various programming languages and tools like C++, ITK, and VTK. Marc's expertise lies in C++, CMake, computer vision, augmented reality, medical imaging, healthcare, and AI.
