José Voss has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. José started their career as an Intern at Intel in 2007, where they provided pre-sales technical support and managed demos and presentations for Intel products.

After their internship, José joined Accenture in 2007 as a Consulting Analyst, assisting in the implementation of software development methodologies and gathering information for assessments in the financial sector. José then progressed to become a Consultant, where they managed various projects for clients such as a state payroll system and large American banks, overseeing deliverables and achieving project milestones.

In 2014, José became a Consulting Manager at Accenture, taking on more responsibilities such as managing government stakeholders' expectations and leading enterprise architecture assessments and recommendations. José also played a pivotal role in preparing for a mainframe decommissioning project and implementing an agile-based methodology.

José transitioned to Irdeto in 2015 as a Program and Project Manager in Video Entertainment Delivery. José was responsible for delivering and supporting OTT and CAS solutions for enterprise customers, leading a regional team in North America and LATAM. José played a crucial role in maintaining and supporting large-scale systems, ensuring high standards of security, performance, and availability 24/7.

In 2021, José assumed the role of Manager - Customer Integration and Support - North America and LATAM at Irdeto. In this position, they lead the Americas CIS team in delivering solutions, new integrations, and supporting operations. José also contributes to the growth and implementation of new use cases for customers and partners.

Overall, José Voss has proven experience in project management, consulting, and technical support, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting client expectations.

José Voss completed their high school education from 1997 to 1999 at Colégio Bandeirantes. Later, from 2001 to 2007, they attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering. Following this, José pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administração de Empresas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2011 and 2013. In February 2017, they also received the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
