Marta Mastalerz

Marta Mastalerz has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Marta most recently worked at Irdeto as the Head of Legal EMEA starting in June 2019. Prior to that, they were a Senior Legal Counsel EMEA at Irdeto from August 2018 to May 2019. Before joining Irdeto, Marta worked at TomTom as a Legal Counsel Licensing & Automotive from July 2016 to June 2018. Marta also gained experience as a Legal Counsel at Quintiq (a Dassault Systèmes company) from November 2012 to June 2016. Marta started their career as an IP/German Desk at BRISDET SPIEGELER ADVOCATEN from November 2011 to April 2012. Marta also worked as a Legal Assistant at Donà Viscardini Lawyers from July 2009 to October 2009 and as an Intern at Studio Legale Gebhard from November 2008 to December 2008.

Marta Mastalerz has a strong educational background with a focus on law and international business. Marta obtained their Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business and Investment Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in German and Polish Law at European-University Viadrina in 2011. Marta also holds a Joint Certificate in International Law and Business from Università Bocconi, which they attained between 2008 and 2010.

Furthermore, they pursued their studies in German Law at Freie Universität Berlin from 2005 to 2010, where they completed their Hauptstudium degree. In addition to their formal education, Marta has obtained a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certification from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in December 2019.
