Service Delivery Manager -emea at Irdeto

Mayur Titarmare has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mayur started their career as a Trainee Linux Administrator at IBM (Idea Data Centre) in April 2014, where they were responsible for creating user IDs, maintaining logs, and creating services for IDEA on test and production servers. In August 2014, they joined Persistent Systems as a Team Lead for production support analyst, where they led the service delivery and incident management team, documented event details, and ensured team performance targets were met. In 2017, they moved to Atos Polska as a Lead Technical Consultant, where they held daily meetings with business holders, facilitated cross-tower communication, and discussed business requirements with customers. Mayur also worked as an SAP Tower Service Manager at Atos Polska, where they managed governance calls, acted as the main communication channel, and led delivery for T&M and fixed cost services. Currently, since June 2022, Mayur is working at Irdeto as a Service Delivery Manager for EMEA, but no end date has been provided for this role.

Mayur Titarmare attended Nagpur University from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued a Master of Computer Application degree. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the RHCE certification from Redhat, Inc in February 2013 and the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2019.
