Subhalakshmi Subbarao

Subhalakshmi Subbarao is an experienced professional in service operations and IT management, currently serving as a Service Operations Incident Manager at Irdeto since March 2022. Prior to this role, Subhalakshmi worked at DigiB from March 2019 to February 2022, holding positions as an IT Incident & Problem Manager as well as an IT Support and Development Specialist. Subhalakshmi's career also includes significant experience at Tata Consultancy Services, where roles encompassed Partner Platform Lead, Operation/Change Assurance leader/Lean SPOC, and Test Environment Support Lead from April 2011 to September 2017. Earlier experience at Infosys as a Senior System Engineer spanned from January 2007 to February 2011.
