Britney Lamarche

Britney Lamarche has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Student Maintenance Planner at Glencore in 2017. In this position, they planned and scheduled maintenance repairs, coordinated with various teams, and developed preventative strategies. The following year, they worked as a Student Patent Examiner at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, where they reviewed biomedical-mechanical patent applications, identified defects, and conducted database searches for prior art. From 2019 to 2020, Britney served as a Graduate Researcher and Teaching Assistant at Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne. Currently, they are working as a Mechanical Engineering R&D Lead at IRegained Inc., starting in December 2020.

Britney Lamarche received their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne in 2019. Britney continued their education at the same university and obtained a Masters in Applied Sciences in Mechanical Engineering/Biomechanics in 2020. In addition to their degrees, Britney also acquired certifications in Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Project Management Essentials from the Management and Strategy Institute in July 2020.
