Britney Lamarche has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Student Maintenance Planner at Glencore in 2017. In this position, they planned and scheduled maintenance repairs, coordinated with various teams, and developed preventative strategies. The following year, they worked as a Student Patent Examiner at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, where they reviewed biomedical-mechanical patent applications, identified defects, and conducted database searches for prior art. From 2019 to 2020, Britney served as a Graduate Researcher and Teaching Assistant at Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne.
