Nancy Shields

Nancy Shields is an experienced professional in the field of social work and behavioral therapy, currently serving as a Residential Manager at ResCare - Community Alternatives and as a Social Work Therapist/Case Manager at Ireland Home Based Services since March 2017. Additionally, Nancy has volunteered at A Bridge of Hope since August 2014 and previously worked as a Behavior Therapist at Upward - ABA and a Counselor at KnowlesMD Neuro-Developmental Center, focusing on children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and providing social skills and anger management training. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Social Work from The University of Memphis and has foundational education from Southwest Tennessee Community College.
