Mindi Caselden

Mindi Caselden has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mindi is currently the Chief Catalyst & Co-founder of Caselden Consulting, where they work with companies on maximizing results from their people and businesses. In 2020, they became a Co-founder of IrelandTogether. Prior to these roles, Mindi served as a Director at Aspeire Consulting Group from 2018 to 2022, where they focused on growth, inward investment, and early-stage initiatives. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as a Software Integration Consultant at Caselden Consulting, Client Services & Training Manager at Velos, Inc., Curriculum Evaluator at Chicago Science Group, and Training Specialist at Amazon.com. Mindi also has experience in education, having worked as a Primary Teacher at Highline School District, a Secondary Teacher at Anderson Community School Corporation, and a Visiting Teacher at Waitara Public School. Throughout their career, Mindi has demonstrated their expertise in maximizing business results, managing teams, providing training, and implementing educational programs.

Mindi Caselden completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Elementary Education, with a minor in Special Education, from Indiana University Bloomington. Mindi attended the university from 1992 to 1997. In 2018, Mindi also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership, and Executive Coaching from Kingstown College. Mindi has additional certifications including the Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile and Transformative Coaching in Vertical Leadership Development, both obtained from StageSHIFT Coaching in Vertical Leadership Development and Enterprise Evolution to Green/Teal in 2021. Additionally, they are a Certified Emergenetics Associate from Emergenetics International and holds the EIA certification from the EMCC - European Mentoring and Coaching Council. The exact months and years of obtaining the latter two certifications are unknown.
