Prior to his current role, Roland has held positions at University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, Shell Gas & Power, E.ON, Lahmeyer International, and various other organizations. He holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and MBA, as well as a Ph.D. in Energy Economics. With a strong background in energy economics and management, Roland has extensive experience in leading energy projects, M&A, strategy projects, and operational excellence initiatives.
