Ute Collier

Ute Collier is currently the Acting Director at IRENA, leading the Knowledge, Policy, and Finance Centre division. Prior to this role, they held positions at various organizations such as ULC Green Energy Insights, Practical Action, International Energy Agency, Committee on Climate Change, and more. Their education background includes a Ph.D. in Energy and Climate Change Policy from the University of Sussex, an M.A. in Regional Planning from Coventry University, and a B.Sc. in Rural Environment Studies from Wye College, University of London.
