Heather Keplinger

Client Services Laboratory Manager at iRepertoire

Heather Keplinger has worked in a variety of positions since 2009. Heather began as a Hostess at Kanki Japanese House of Steaks & Sushi in 2009. In 2013, they became a Third Key Manager at MovieStop, where they were responsible for customer services, opening and closing tasks, and supervising and training employees. In 2015, they became a Set-up Operator at Huntsville Botanical Garden, where they were responsible for breaking down and setting up arrangements/floor plans, as well as cleaning and lighting installation. In 2017, they began working at Progress Bank & Trust as a Teller Client Specialist. That same year, they also began working at iRepertoire, Inc. as a Biotechnology Laboratory Technician II and Client Services Laboratory Manager. In their role as Client Services Laboratory Manager, they were responsible for coordinating the GCLP Service Team's project flow, training new laboratory technicians, performing service related tasks for processing customer samples, and serving as iRepertoire's safety officer.

Heather Keplinger obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, General from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2016. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Durham Technical Community College in 2012.
