Manora Bandara

Manora Bandara has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Most recently, they have worked at Iress since 2017, starting as a Business Analyst and progressing to the role of Senior Business Analyst. They then became the Engineering Delivery Team Lead - Global Market Data. Prior to Iress, they worked as a Business Analyst at IFM Investors from 2015 to 2017. They also have experience at Satori Group Australia as a Consultant, primarily focusing on data analytics projects. Before that, they worked as a Senior Team Lead at Sysco LABS Sri Lanka and gained experience as a Senior Business Analyst at MillenniumIT. They started their career as an Associate Consultant - Financial Accounting Systems at Kingslake. Throughout their career, Manora has gathered and analyzed functional requirements, conducted workshops, developed and designed trading algorithms, and provided project and client support.

Manora Bandara's education history includes earning a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in 2020. In 2023, Manora completed a course in Kanban Fundamentals: How to become insanely productive from Udemy in the field of Information Technology.
