Mario De Oliveira has extensive experience in product support and team management, currently serving as the Head of Product Support for Trading & Market Data at Iress since November 2016. Mario’s career began with roles at Gijima AST as a Field Support Engineer and Business Connexion as a Field Service Engineer, following education in IT Management and Information Technology from GetSmarter and Vaal University of Technology.
