Matthew Bradford has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Matthew started their career as a Junior Programmer at Command Software in 2002, working on the conversion of taxi booking software to a Windows environment. Matthew later became a Senior Programmer, developing taxi industry software for PC and mobile devices until 2011.

In 2011, Matthew joined Assureweb as a Developer and worked there until 2013. Matthew then moved to iPipeline UK, where they held multiple roles. From 2013 to 2016, Matthew worked as a Senior Developer, and from 2016 to 2018, they served as a Technical Team Lead, managing a team of developers and overseeing technical analysis and design.

In 2018, Matthew took on the role of Delivery Manager at iPipeline UK, where they project managed agile projects and coached teams on Scrum methodology. Matthew also provided line management and development support to senior developers and developers in the department.

Most recently, Matthew joined Iress in 2019 and currently holds the position of Delivery Team Lead. Matthew is responsible for leading and managing a cross-functional technical delivery team, contributing to team capability and capacity.

Matthew Bradford attended the University of Hertfordshire from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science with a 2:1 class. Prior to their university education, Matthew also attended Townsend C of E School. In addition to their formal education, Matthew Bradford has received certifications in Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in September 2016 and "Web Security and the OWASP Top 10: The Big Picture" from Pluralsight (specific dates not provided).
