Suma Narayan

Suma Narayan is a seasoned Senior Product Designer at IRESS since April 2018, with prior experience as a User Experience Consultant at MetLife from July 2016 to March 2018, where Suma focused on enhancing user experiences for financial advisers in the insurance industry. Expertise includes requirements gathering, user research, and creating user-centered designs through various methodologies, such as personas and journey mapping. Suma has also worked as a UX/UI Designer at Innovative Hub Pty LTD and held roles at Together Let's, Caricme, Accenture in India, Xserve India Pvt Ltd, and Jain Group of Institutions, demonstrating a strong background in design and user experience across multiple platforms. Suma holds a Master's degree in Service Design from the University of the Arts London and degrees in Marketing & Advertising and Fine Arts.
