Vin Marin

Vin Marin has a diverse range of work experience in delivery management and agile project management. Vin has held various leadership roles and has successfully built and scaled delivery capabilities in multiple companies. Vin has managed large teams and budgets, and has been responsible for the planning and delivery of numerous client engagements. Vin has also been involved in driving agile adoption and coaching teams in agile principles. Vin has worked in both corporate and start-up environments, and has a strong track record of delivering successful projects and strategies.

Vin Marin attended Rutherford College from 1995 to 1999, where they studied English, Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Classical Studies. Vin then went on to The University of Auckland from 2000 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems. In 2012, they obtained a Prince2 Practitioner Certification from APMG Australasia in Project Management. Vin also received certifications in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including SAFe Agilist (SA) from the Scaled Agile Academy and a Certified Scrum Master from Thomsett International. Additionally, they completed an ICAgile Professional (ICP) certification from IC Agile in 2015.
