Nicholas Northington

Nicholas Alexander Northington is the director of diversity, equity, and inclusion at IREX. Nicholas has more than 10 years of diversity, equity, and inclusion experience. He has provided in-depth diversity and inclusion consulting to government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining IREX, Nicholas was the senior manager of diversity, equity, and inclusion and a lead supplier for diversity at Freddie Mac, where he led the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion and supplier diversity verticals.
