Kristen Troutman

Kristen Troutman, PHR, CCEP, is an experienced professional in human resources and compliance with a diverse background spanning several industries. Currently serving as an Ethics & Compliance Specialist at iRhythm Technologies, Inc. since February 2024, Kristen previously held various human resources roles at NuVasive from February 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities included employee relations, HR compliance, and benefits management for over 3,000 employees. Earlier experience includes support for 30,000 field-based employees at Club Demonstration Services, as well as roles focusing on talent acquisition and HR coordination at organizations such as Xcite Steps and In-N-Out Burger. Kristen also held leadership positions in Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, overseeing risk management education. Educational qualifications include a Human Resources Management certification from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Commerce in Communications from California State University San Marcos.
