Monica Lin

Monica Lin is an accomplished professional in the field of bioengineering with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as the Manager of R&D Engineering at iRhythm Technologies, Inc. since September 2018, Monica oversees the Mechanical Engineering and New Product Introduction team, spearheading research and innovation efforts focused on new clinical applications. Prior to this role, Monica held various leadership positions in research engineering, including managing a team that identified clinical unmet needs and technical feasibility for healthcare applications. Monica's academic background includes a PhD in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley/UCSF and a B.S. in Chemical Biology with a Bioengineering minor from the University of California, Berkeley.
