Heather Poulos

Heather Poulos is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Iridium Business Solutions since March 2023, where strategic marketing consulting is offered to support SME growth in South Africa. Prior experience includes serving as the Marketing Manager at Steenberg Farm, where responsibilities encompassed digital marketing, brand building, and event management for a global wine brand. Heather also held the role of Marketing Manager at Usabco (Pty) Ltd, managing product categories for the Addis brand and focusing on category management and innovation. Earlier roles include an English teaching position in South Korea and progressive marketing roles at Usabco, where brand perception and communication strategies were developed. Heather holds a Business Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Cape Town and completed high school at Bergvliet High School.
