Bill Conner

Bill Conner serves as the Vice President of Legal and Compliance at Iridium since August 2019, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous leadership roles at L3Harris Technologies and Harris Corporation, where Bill held positions including VP & Associate General Counsel and Special Assistant to the CEO. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Sprint Nextel, Special Counsel at NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS, and Associate Counsel at WorldCom. Bill has also held key administrative positions such as Chief of Staff for the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, and has a robust legal foundation with a JD from The George Washington University Law School, an MS from the Defense Intelligence College, and a BS from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Bill’s career commenced with military service as a Commissioned Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy.
