Mark Grimm

Mark Grimm currently serves as Vice President - Tax at Iridium, a position held since January 2020. Previously, Mark held several roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., including Vice President of Tax Planning & Controversy and Senior Tax Counsel from October 2009 to December 2019. Mark's experience also includes an Associate position at Dechert LLP from August 2005 to October 2009, and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Villanova University School of Law during the same period. Earlier in Mark's career, roles were held as an Associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mark holds an LLM in Tax from New York University School of Law, a JD in Law from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, an MBA in Law from Villanova University, and a BSBA from Duquesne University.
