Fernando Cardona serves as the Mountain Regional Sales Manager and Corporate Chef at Irinox® Professional North America since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Culinary Trainer at Ordermark, focusing on educating culinary professionals from May 2021 to April 2022, and as a Culinary Instructor at LiveWell Colorado, where Fernando provided technical assistance to school districts to enhance scratch cooking and Farm to School initiatives from January 2011 to May 2021. Additionally, Fernando worked as a Chef Instructor for Cook for America, training food service workers in public schools, and held the position of Chef De Cuisine at Richard Sandoval Hospitality, managing restaurant operations across the U.S. and Mexico. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, as well as an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes.
