Founder of Treistman Global Advisors, LLC since June 2020, Carlos also serves as Owner & General Counsel at Jaguar Transportation and holds the roles of General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at both Luminus Management and Iris Capital. Carlos's prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Crossroads Impact Corp, Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and King & Spalding. Carlos's academic credentials include a Master of Laws from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law, and additional degrees in Latin American Studies and International Business & Finance from prestigious institutions such as Southern Methodist University and The University of Texas at Austin.
