Rachel Patis, LCSW, CCM has been working in the field of social work since 2000. Rachel began their career as a Day Program Therapist at Maine Medical Center, where they conducted individual and couples therapy, performed mental health assessments, and provided on-call/crisis support for Maine Center Crisis Line. In 2006, Rachel moved to Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center as an Outpatient Therapist & Intake Specialist, where they conducted mental health assessments, individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary case management. In 2007, Rachel joined Beloved Community Family Services, Inc. as a Social Service Coordinator, where they improved patient appointment adherence by developing a medical specialty referral system and researching medical assistance for patients without insurance. In 2008, Rachel was hired at United Behavioral Health as a Public Sector Care Advocate, where they provided expert knowledge of Managed Medicaid and Medicare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. In 2011, Rachel joined Centene Corporation as a Director of Medical Management Operations, Clinical Manager & On-Boarding Trainer, and Behavioral Health Care Coordinator. In 2021, Rachel moved to WellBe Senior Medical as a Clinical Project Manager, and in 2022, they joined Iris as the Director of Operations.
Rachel Patis, LCSW, CCM, obtained their Master's Degree in Social Work from George Williams College of Social Work at Aurora University in 2001. Rachel obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University in 1997. In 2002, they obtained their Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. In 2014, they obtained their Certified Case Manager certification from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).
