Yasemin Rice

Yasemin Rice has had a long and varied career. Yasemin started out in 2000 as a Java Developer for Garden.com, then moved to i2 Technologies, Inc. as a Developer. In 2002 they became a Programmer Analyst III for National Instruments, and in 2007 they were hired as a Solutions Architect and Implementation Project Manager for Bazaarvoice. In 2013 they began working at Lithium Technologies, where they held the roles of Sales Engineer, Sr. Sales Engineer, and Principal Sales Engineer, LSW. In 2016 they began working at Civitas Learning as a Sr. Director, Solution Engineering, and also opened Red Poppy Bakery as an Owner/Baker/Designer/Decorator. In 2019 they became an Early Childhood Montessori Teacher for School In The Hills, and in 2022 they will become a Sr. Solutions Engineer for Iris.

Yasemin Rice obtained a Montessori Teacher Certification from the Center for Guided Montessori Studies in 2020, specializing in Early Childhood (3-6yrs). Yasemin also obtained a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2000.
