Danny Aniag

Danny Aniag has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as an IT Manager at Intel Corporation. From 2002 to 2014, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Infor Global Solutions. In 2012, they began working as a Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Professor at Durham College. Danny also served as the Principal Investigator, AI and Cybersecurity Hub, AI Server Administrator, and Program Lead, Cyber Security at Durham College. In 2017, they began working as a Cybersecurity and Network Systems Professor at Trent University. In 2019, they were appointed as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at IRIS Inc. - Smart City & Transportation Solutions Company. Additionally, since 2014, they have been the Founder and Managing Consultant (Cybersecurity and Data Privacy) at ACS Cyber Professional (Consulting). In this role, they have managed stakeholder involvement and communication with executive client management in multiple compliance projects and policy implementation controls, led organizations to be ISO 27001 compliant, and performed IT audit of cloud and on premise system databases and network devices using the SABSA model approach. Danny has also completed multiple network and application penetration tests for clients in the financial sector using the OWASP and NIST methodologies.

Danny Aniag has a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from De La Salle University.
