Alli Fair

Alli leads Iris’s operations team, implementing structural improvements across the organization to enable long-term sustainable growth for high-quality patient services. Alli brings 30 years of healthcare experience and more than 15 years in the telemedicine space with her to Iris. Before joining the team, Alli was the VP & General Manager at DaVita, leading their employed nephrology practice, Senior Vice President of Radiology Services at Envision Healthcare, and the Chief Operating Officer at Radisphere National Radiology Group. In these roles, she led the operating plans for their nationwide organizations to ensure standardized quality and efficiency were at the core of their services. She’s also held leadership positions at United Healthcare where she was responsible for their Operational Excellence program that led to substantial, organization-wide improvements in care quality.
