Tracy Mullare

Medical Director of Outpatient Services at Iris Telehealth

As Medical Director of Outpatient Services, Dr. Tracy Mullare oversees provider performance and quality improvement while supporting Iris clinicians. Additionally, she interviews Iris candidates and facilitates monthly educational offerings. Dr. Mullare received her undergraduate degree from Boston College, majoring in psychology with a fine arts concentration, and received her MD from Albany Medical College. She completed a combined pediatric, general psychiatry, and child and adolescent psychiatry residency at Brown University. She loves teaching and currently holds a position at Harvard Medical School as a psychiatry instructor. Previously, she taught at Brown University Medical School. She has served as Medical Director for eating disorder systems of care and adolescent residential care. She has consulted with pediatricians for the past ten years as part of the Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Program.
