Rohan Castelino

Rohan Castelino has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rohan'smost recent position was as the VP of Marketing at IRIS.TV, where they played a key role in providing video data connectivity for better viewing experiences and advertising outcomes. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Marketing and Business Development at the same company. Before joining IRIS.TV, Rohan was the Co-Founder and Head of Content at JobGenius.net, an education technology product that aimed to provide structure to the career search process. Rohan has also worked at Universal Pictures and Sony Pictures Entertainment as an MBA Associate in business development and digital cinema operations respectively. Rohan's experience in the film industry extends to their role as Director Media and Entertainment at Rising Star Investors, where they focused on international feature film co-productions. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager and Marketing Director at Super 8 Hotels (China) Co. Ltd where they advised the CEO on strategic objectives and led cross-functional task forces to streamline operations. Earlier in their career, Rohan worked as a Reporter and Columnist at North Jersey Media Group. Currently, they are serving as an Advisory Board Member for The Change You Want To See, a media company dedicated to showcasing the work of nonprofits and socially conscious businesses.

Rohan Castelino holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Mandarin from Beijing Language and Culture University and a Certificate in Mandarin Chinese from Sinoland College. Rohan also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Materials Science Engineering and Art History from Rutgers University. Rohan has pursued further education in business by obtaining a second MBA degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
