Aaron Retlick

Aaron Retlick has extensive work experience in ecommerce and sales. Aaron began their career at Aerotek as a Recruiter from June 2006 to September 2007. Aaron then joined IRIS USA, Inc. in October 2007 as a National Sales Manager, responsible for managing various accounts such as Amazon.com, Wayfair, Walmart, and Target. Aaron held this position until April 2013. From April 2013 to May 2021, Aaron served as an Ecommerce National Sales Manager at IRIS USA, Inc., focusing on the development and growth of ecommerce platforms, particularly Amazon.com and Walmart. Aaron then took on the role of Director of Ecommerce from May 2021 to January 2023. Currently, Aaron is the Vice President of Ecommerce at IRIS USA, Inc., a position they have held since January 2023. In this role, they oversee the ecommerce operations of the company. Aaron has a proven track record in new business development, drop ship programs, private label and branded channel management.
