Michael Cruz

Michael Cruz has a diverse work experience in the field of product development and quality assurance. Michael started their career in 2016 at LMI Solutions, where they worked in business operations until April 2017. From April 2017 to April 2019, Michael worked as a Product Cost Manager at IRIS USA, Inc. Michael then transitioned to the role of Product Development Manager from April 2019 to April 2020. After that, they served as the Product Development and Quality Assurance Manager from April 2020 to January 2021. Currently, Michael holds the position of Director of Product Development and Quality Assurance at IRIS USA, Inc. which they assumed in January 2021.

Michael Cruz earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Arizona University, where they attended from 2012 to 2014.
