TIM DALEIDEN

Tim Daleiden has a diverse work experience in IT project and program management. TIM began their career in 1991 at Carlson Marketing Worldwide, where they served in various roles including IT Solution Engineer, IT Project Lead, IT Project Manager, and IT Business Technologist. During this time, they successfully implemented loyalty programs for major theater and car rental companies, as well as marketing programs for pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and paper manufacturing companies. TIM also proposed and sold financial and retail loyalty programs.

In 2004, Daleiden joined AIMIA as an IT Project Manager, where they managed the budget, schedule, scope, and quality assurance of an employee engagement program. TIM launched the program and managed multiple website releases with successful results.

From 2012 to 2013, Daleiden worked at Robert Half Technology as a Contract IT Project Manager, where they completed projects related to cloud computing, business intelligence, and IT solutions for a Fortune 100 agriculture and energy company.

Since 2013, Daleiden has been working as a Contract IT Program/Project Manager at IRIS Consulting Corporation. TIM has managed large enterprise regulatory programs with budgets ranging from $17.6MM to $64MM+. TIM provided program management direction to project managers and successfully completed multiple projects.

Tim Daleiden has a diverse education history. TIM obtained a certificate in Computer Programming and Operations from the Control Data Institute in 1975. In 1972 to 1974, they pursued general education at Normandale Community College. In 2005, they received Project Management (PMBOK Training) from RMC Project Management Training. In 2012, they completed Mobile Application Project Management from Mobile Application Project Management. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained a certification in Agile Project Management from Lynda.com.
