Liam Waters

Liam Waters is an accomplished information technology executive with extensive experience in leading ICT functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at the Irish Aviation Authority since July 2021, Liam previously held the position of Head of Information Technology at Declaron, where responsibilities included establishing agile, cloud-enabled processes. As Director of ICT at Coillte from August 2006 to March 2020, Liam achieved significant cost reductions and drove business change projects that enhanced operational cash flow and EBITDA. Additional roles at Coillte included Senior Program Manager, Business Solutions Manager, and IT Infrastructure and Services Manager, showcasing expertise in project management, solution delivery, and ICT infrastructure.
