Paul McCarthy has extensive experience in production and logistics, currently serving as a Production Shift Manager and previously as a Production Supervisor at Irish Distillers since May 2011. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Cork Plastics from 2003 to 2008. Educationally, Paul holds a Higher Diploma in Analytical Chemistry obtained from University College Cork (1999-2001), and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from the same institution (1994-1999).
