Ross Redman has extensive experience in sports education and development, currently serving as a Coach Educator and Schools Development Officer at the Irish Football Association since May 2015. Prior roles include Part-time Lecturer at Southern Regional College from December 2017 to January 2025, and Sport Mentor and Programme Co-ordinator with Sport Changes Life from July 2013 to May 2015. Earlier in the career, Ross worked as an Assistant Sports Development Officer for Lisburn City Council and as a Casual Coach for Craigavon Borough Council. Ross holds a Master's degree in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science, both from Ulster University, as well as foundational education from Portadown College.
