Denis McManus

Denis McManus has extensive experience in strategy and management roles. Denis is currently the Director of Strategy at Irish Life since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as the Director of Strategy for Global Retail Markets, East|West from 2017 to 2022, where they led projects in Asia, Europe, and South America. Before joining Liberty Mutual, Denis held various roles at Liberty Insurance Ireland from 2011 to 2017, including Head of Strategy and Divisional Manager - Claims Support. Prior to that, they worked at Quinn Direct Insurance as Regional Head of Claims and Claims Senior Manager. Denis started their career at Mitie in Corporate Services.

Denis McManus has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and History from Maynooth University. Denis also holds a diploma in Organisational Development and Transformation from the Irish Management Institute. In addition, they are a Chartered Insurance Practitioner from The Insurance Institute. Denis McManus has also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
