Susan Kelly

Susan Kelly currently serves as a Senior Manager in Strategy and Engagement at Irish Life, a role held since November 2013. Prior to this position, Susan held various HR management roles at Irish Life & Permanent from 2008 to April 2022 and at Marks & Spencer from 2005 to March 2008. Additionally, Susan gained experience as an Employee Relations Specialist at Tesco Ireland between 2002 and 2004. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Employment Law from IBEC (2005-2006) and a BA in Accounting and Human Resources from the National College of Ireland (1999-2002), focused on human resources, industrial relations, employment law, accounting, organisational behaviour, and tax.
