Brian Murphy

Brian Murphy has extensive experience in financial management and investment, currently serving as the Indexed Bond Fund Manager at Irish Life Investment Managers since 2004, overseeing approximately €6 billion in Indexed Fund mandates, including various types of government and corporate bonds. Previously, Brian held the position of Head of IT Business Analyst Team, where responsibilities included managing a team of IT Analysts and prioritizing requests in collaboration with business leaders. Brian's career in finance began at Irish Life Group from 1987 to 1993 as a Financial Accountant, focusing on monthly and annual audited accounts, budgeting, and cost analysis. Brian is a graduate of Accountancy & Business College, holding a degree in ACCA, Certified Accountancy.
