Head Of Women's Performance & Pathways at Irish Rugby Football Union

Gillian McDarby has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they joined the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) as the Head of Women's Performance & Pathways, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the strategic and operational direction of the Women's rugby performance program. Gillian also focused on creating a cohesive player pathway and growing the playing base of young women and girls.
