Gillian McDarby

Gillian McDarby has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they joined the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) as the Head of Women's Performance & Pathways, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the strategic and operational direction of the Women's rugby performance program.
