Thelma O. is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the sports and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Irish Rugby Football Union since September 2023, Thelma O. previously held the same position at The British & Irish Lions from February 2016 to August 2023, contributing to the organization of iconic tours. Additional roles include Chief Financial Officer at Six Nations Rugby, where responsibilities encompassed the commercialization of championship rights, and Director of Finance at Celtic Rugby DAC, focused on tournament organization.
